This contest is for a logo and business card.

Company Name: Blue Diamond Property Solutions

Company Profile: Buys and sells real estate. Company deals with other investors, home owners, and home buyers. The main target for marketing is to home owners.

Design Project Description:

Logo with be used on: Biz cards, Mailing, and newspaper ads (eventually web page)

How it should look:
-professional
-Yet bold or "edgy"
-would like to incorporate a blue diamond (either lifelike, animated, or geometrical)
-incorporation of a house or similar would be nice but is not necessary
-Please do not just think in the box please use some of the buzz words below to help guide you in your design
-I really want something that POPS!!

Words that could be helpful in creating your design (this is what I want people to think of when that see the design and how they should feel about company):
-freedom
-relief
-integrity
-trustworthy
-truthful
-honest
-helpful

Possible colors:
Blue and Black w/ splash of color
Blue and black
Blue and Red

Also please show logo designs in both color and black and white.

The Deadline for the project is Wed. Dec 8th.

Thanks for the post. I don't like the logo though. Its too simple and bare. It also doesn't state the full company name.

Please list the entire company name in your logo. The name is as follows: Blue Diamond Property Solutions. I would personally think that the text would look best "stacked" with Blue Diamond on top and Property Solutions on bottom and being smaller than the top.

Would like for the diamond to be "behind" the letter O instead of on top

I dont like how the letter E is over the blue "roof". Would like for it to not over lap.

-----Things I Like-----
The incorporation of the house or home in the logo. I think you did a good job of mixing or tying the two togeher.

I like the all caps on blue diamond and the placement of the words

I like the blue color chosen but I would also like to see it with a darker blue.

I have found some logos that I like and have attached an image with the logos. So of the logos have come from the portfilos of designer on this forum and some have come for the web.

I like all the logos in general and have listed more specificly why I like them below.

Sample1- I like the orange color, font, and layout of the text.
Sample2- I like the eagle. I dont know how that would apply to my logo, but I think it looks really good.
Sample3- I like the blue color
Sample4- I like the "Icon" and the blue color
Sample5- I like the font and I love the splash of color
Sample6- I like the icon of the house with the shape on the inside
Sample7- I like the blue and orange colors

Of the two I like the second best. I like the start of this design. but I feel that the Icon is lacking. I like the use of addtional colors for accent. I would like to see some additoinal developement on the second design. Try to work with blue and 2 other colors ( I like the red, not sure about the other colors). Also I am not sure that I really like the font, maybe try another font on the revision so that I can get a better idea of what I like for a font.

I like how you have done the company name on both designs. The fonts and layouts are both very good. But the logo still is not there for me.

The first logo it just doesn’t fit what I am looking for. I am trying to give better feedback than I just don’t like it; but to be honest with you I don’t know how to explain why I do not like it. I just don’t.

The second logo is nice but I think after reviewing everyone's designs, that I prefer the designs that try to incorporate a house or home. Sorry if I lead you astray

For the logo design I would like for you to look at sample5 and create a design using sample5 as the inspiration.

Thanks for your entry. I like your design; I think the blue and orange look great and add that pop that I am looking for. But I do have a few changes and suggestions:

Please try to adjust the Blue diamond's shape. I think it looks unbalanced. I can see how you are trying to emphasize the blue diamond, but I think it makes the logo appear skewed.

Could you please show this design with an orange "b" on the blue diamond and a blue "d" on the orange diamond?

Lastly, could you please show 2 additional fonts that would work well with the design? I like the fonts in the current design, but would like to see other options as well.

I like the logo on the first submission best. Here are some changes and suggestions:

I would like to see darker red and blue.

I dont like the slanted text, could you please rotate the text back to 0.

Lastly, could you please show addtional fonts, the current font is a little too chunky for me.

I do not like the design presented. I do not like the grey or the light blue. The dark blue is nice though. The logo is not attractive to me either. But your design did give me an idea of a design that I would like to see. So please read the next post with the idea that was inspired from you design.

A Red house with a blue diamond on the inside with the letters bd on the inside of the the blue diamond. Some how try to incorporate a third bright color for some pop.

Overall I do not like this design. If you would like to take a different approach I would love to see it. I have seen many of your other designs and you usually bring a different look and unique design.

Of the three submitted I like the third best. But I do have several changes.

I would like to see the outline of the house in a thinner line but still blue.

Have the inside of the house red with a blue diamond and white bd letters on the inside of the diamond. Also please change the font of the letters bd on the inside of the diamond.

Lastly where the yellow line is on the current design please replace with 2 lines one red one blue.

I like this new design much better, but do have some changes that I would like to see.

At the center of the "star" in the diamond, could you change the star to a diamond?

The font and colors of the company need some work. I think it is just to plain and simple. Could you please try a different font and try to add some "flare" and color in to the company name. Just a little flare not Vegas style, subtle flair.

I really like your design. This is very creative and looks very nice, but I have a few changes that I would like to see in comparison to the original.

Could you change the yellow gold color to more of an orange color?

Also, could you show the blue diamond with out the "crystals", just the geometrical shape.

Lastly, could you show some different fonts for the company name? Like the feed back left for Taldo, I think that the font is a little too plain.

I would like to mix all three designs:P

I like the big b from #1 and the way the icon looks best.

From #2 Like the word blue being blue and diamond red

From #3 I like the font and layout of the company name. But instead of a red line could you show a blue line.

-----The second 2 designs-----

I really like these two designs. The only things that I would consider changing would to spice up the company name a little. As stated before NOT Vegas style, subtle.

I like how you have done the top design's icon, but I like the bottom design's font. So could you show me those put together and if possible try to make the letters just slightly thicker.

Then after you make those changes show me a comparison of the revised icon and then the revised icon with a wider chimmney and remove the smoke.

Thanks for the revisions and the new design. In comparison with the other designs presented, I do not think that either design will be one that I will be chosing. The reason for this is as follows:
I think I like the geometrical diamonds more that than the realistic shaped diamonds. I also like the designs that show an entire house or outline of one. With that being said I do not have any revisions for you. If you have an additional design in mind, I would love to see it. Once again thank you for time and effort that you have done in your designs.
