Website Design Required

I need a small website for my nutritional products

It should comprise of the following

(1) A two page website

(2)With Shopping Cart

(3) Logo

( 4) Paypal Merchant Code to be included

( 5) Proivision for subscribers to opt-in to my email list

(6) The Designer will be responsible for uploading products to the website from time to time.
As i do not know
anything about web design.
