[Project Complete] Logo for new baby product

I need a logo designed for a new business and baby product, "BabySock" which is also the company name. The product is a wearable blanket, imagine baggy sweatpants with the feet openings sewn closed. The product also has the tagline "The blanket that goes with you".

I'm interested in seeing versions with and without the tagline, for use in different marketing materials.

Also I would like to see variations with BabySock.com incorporated in the logo.

The winner may be contracted to do additional website design.

First of all let me say that I am very impressed with the entries so far. The level of work is outstanding. Here are few comments so far:

Jason - I love this concept. Perhaps try some non-traditional baby colors, yellows, greens, purples, whatever. I'm worried about being too "baby", go figure, with baby in our name. Also, I though of perhaps making the "baby" portion look to have pants, and square off the feet. Maybe two tone the image to match the colors in the name. Would also like to see the tagline incorporated somehow. Great work!

Julie - Great work incorporating the tagline. I also love the colors. Not sure I like the inner part of the image. Also not sure about the font for the name. Would love to see another variation.

Amanda - I love the colors and the font. I think the sheep is a little too generic for our product, would probably be great if we made wool sweaters or some kind of pillow. I like that you went non-traditional and I would appreciate another submission.

Overall, great work so far, let's see where we can get!

RadicalSEED - A little too modern/abstract. I really like it but it's just not what I'm looking for.

MOZ - The design is so cute that my wife said, I want to buy whatever that is selling. Unfortunately it doesn't match our product. Would love to see another take on it.

Nvoke - Fantastic new idea! I would love to see a few minor tweaks. Lose the freckles, they're cute, but I don't want to force too much of a caucasian image. The BabySock comes up around the waist, so if you could modify to match that, it would be great.

Julie - Thanks for the revision. Call me crazy, but this reminds me of some other logo, but I can't figure out what it is.

Paula23 - Very cute. I'd like to keep the product name as one word, BabySock. See below for further comment.

To all designers: I think it would be helpful to mention that the BabySock is like footed pants, so if it could be more obvious with the logo that the "pants" are the product it would be great.

MOZ - Liked the concept and the font, but need to have more of a baby-on-the-go thing going on.

mbleigh - I like the colors but the logo looks to "gamer". Does that make sense ?

Paula23 - I like the rework with the crawling baby. Could we get something more with sitting up movement? This product isn't really for crawling it is more for wearing in strollers/car seats/shopping carts/arms, etc. I like the second design too, but as I just said, this is more a sitting or being carried product.

Really liking what we have seen so far and we are looking to make our final decision around January 7th.

Graphixparanoid - I like the logo, but it doesn't fit with my product. Too much negativity around pacifiers these days.
