[Project Complete] Fishing Site Redesign - $200

This is a redesign of http://www.fishing-guy.com

Captain Fred (aka "Frenchie") is a professional inshore/near-shore saltwater guide that specializes in Tarpon fishing although he also targets Snook, Redfish and Yellow Tail Jacks.Captain Fred is Fluent in English, French and Spanish and this should be inc. in the design somewhere. He has recently purchased a new boat with increased passenger capacity.

Design elements:

Since he specializes in catching monster Tarpon this should be included in the header somewhere, maybe as sort of a logo. We also need to feature his new Pathfinder boat along with the three flags depcting that he speaks 3 languages.
