Hi,
My brother and I have a software company and we sell a software package to manufacturers of deli products such as ham, bacon, processed meats, fish, etc. We haven't actually started selling yet but we hope to make our first sale in January. The clients will use the software in all parts of their business including the manufacturing, ordering, invoicing etc. Much of the system is done with a touchscreen interface, and we have tried very hard to make sure that it is as simple to use as possible.
We are looking for a logo for the company that is relevant to this industry. We think it probably should:
- be reasonably informal - most of our customers are small family owned businesses,
- possibly include a tag line - "Technology Solutions Integration" or maybe "Just Smarter" - If you can think of a better one then we are open to suggestions.
- be usable on business cards, our web site, product boxes, etc,
- possibly have a touchscreen - we are trying to sell smart software to non computer-literate people, so a bit techy but approachable,
- it shouldn't really focus on the meat industry because we may move into other industries.
I've attached a screenshot from the touchscreen app to give you an idea of the feel of the application.
Other than that, we leave it up to you. We are very impressed with the work we have seen in other posts and are very keen to see what you can do for us.
