Hi
I am starting a childrens book-selling business and need a corporate logo.
The logo will be used in letters, on the website, business cards, letterheads and merchandise.
File formats
All the normal ones needed by copy places to create all business stationary!
Logo text
The logo text should be Petit Livre
What is it Petit Livre?
The company will me selling foreign educational books for younger children online with a view to promoting multi-lingual skills at an early age.
Rough ideas on Design?
It would be good to have a child sitting cross-legged reading a book, maybe with the logo above in a rainbow sort of formation although a fair degree of artistic license will be allowed/expected. A design encorporating a multi-national element (mainly European languages) might be good to see!
The Logo's feel?
The feel would be one that would seem attractive to parents and children alike. I friendly, warm feel would be really good!
Logo style?
Happy, sunny and dreamlike would be a start but creatives types will have their own ideas....I probably won't know until I see it! It must be very pure/polished and simple in fairly simple in design!
Colors?
Nothing too "in-your-face" but striking...pastel colours might seem a bit washed out, but if anyone knows how to make this happen, you guys do!
I am going to be travelling for a couple of weeks and my internet time will be sporadic, I won't have forgotten, so please post and I WILL get back to you!
