View Full Version : [Project Complete] Logo Design for Electrical Products Company

We are seeking design ideas for the logo of a new electrical products company. We are asking that the logo meet the following requirements:

* The logo should be fully scalable, as we intend to use it on the web, as well as in print media and other mediums.
* The logo should have the company acronym (EEL-Co) and optionally, should include the full name of the company (Electricians Electrical Line Company).
* The logo should use no more than 2 colors (other than black).
* The logo should be delivered in web-ready format(s), as well as the source format (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Photoshop would be preferred.
* The logo should reflect a straightforward, professional simplicity. Use of an electrical tie-in within the logo or word art would be a plus.

The project deadline is January 22, 2005, but I would anticipate a decision before that time if we find an exceptional design. We intend to be proactive with our replies so as to make this process move as quickly as you all would like.

Update:

All: I made a typo on the company name. It should read Electricians (just add an 's' to the end of Electrician) Electrical Line Company. My apologies. Also, I think we do like the yellow/blue color scheme the best, so far. If you'd like to propose any other color combinations, please feel free.

RadicalSEED: If you could change all of the EEL-CO text to read EEL-Co (lower-case 'o') that would be helpful. Also, if you can work EEL-Co into the bottom design of the 3 given, we would appreciate that.

I don't believe we have any revision requests, unless you have any ideas that you haven't tried. We like design #4 (the eel).
