(Admin code added by Michael - H407191B)
We are setting up a new recruitment brand to service the needs of companies dealing with real-time embedded solutions.
The company is going to be called Real Time Oriented Solutions or RTOS (which in the industry also stands for Real Time Operating System).
We will be recruiting people who program microchips etc
We are looking for a logo that will work well on a website and business stationary.
I am open to all ideas but don't want anything too fussy or complicated so keep it simple and business-like.
Good luck
Nick

Thanks Michael for the swift response. There has been a last minute change and the company is now going to be known as Real Time Recruitment Solutions instead of Real Time Oriented Solutions so please continue the designs with the new name. I think that now, the design needs to use the full name and not the initials as in the above design.
Michael, I like the circle with the §printed circuit§ design on it, I would like to see other designs incorporating this sort of thing
Looking forward to seeing some more designs
Cheers
Nick

Hey Nick, the following is meant to resemble circuitry as well as fingers at work. Hope you like.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for all your input. Just want to clarify something from a previous post.
The company name has now been changed to:
REAL TIME RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS
so if all designs could incorporate the new name that would be great.
Eizey, like the logo but want to move away from the letters RTRS and use the full name, maybe Real Time in big letters and Recruitment Solutions underneath (please note it is recruitment, not recruiting)
GP - Thanks for the design but please note the change of name - thanks
Radicalseed - Like the idea of incorporating the printed circuit board design but I feel the overall design is not 'corporate' enough for our needs. Please also note the name change
Thanks alot guys for your input to date, look forward to seeing modified designs soon
Cheers
Nick

Hello Nick
Here's a concept that explores time and data.
Looking forward to your feedback and direction.

Hi Guys,
I'm going to extend the contest for a couple more days as I don't feel we are quite there yet.
Feedback is as follows:
Matt – like the use of the circuit board design but feel the logo isn't corporate enough
Fabian – like the concept but I feel the logo is not really clear enough – ie not obvious what it is meant to be
Lonelyrabbit – again, I feel the logo does not look corporate enough (I like the lettering though!)
Eziey – Thanks for the update - it's on the short list :o)
Adrian – nice and simple but not sure how the logo relates to the company name – may try developing the ‘logo’ further.
Just to possibly help you out I have found a definition of a real time system on the web – it may help:
Definition Real-Time Systems:
A Real-Time System responds in a (timely) predictable way to unpredictable external stimuli arrivals. In short, a Real-Time System has to fulfil under extreme load conditions:
timeliness: meet deadlines, it is required that the application has to finish certain tasks within the time boundaries it has to respect.
simultaneity or simultaneous processing: more than one event may happen simultaneously, all deadlines should be met.
predictability: the real-time system has to react to all possible events in a predictable way.
dependability or trustworthiness: it is necessary that the real-time system environment can rely on it.
Looking forward to seeing further revisions / new entries
Thanks
NIck

Hi Nick,
Thanks for the feedback.
not sure how the logo relates to the company name
Few thoughts behind my concept:
Straight to the target - white lines mean "multiple processes" that pass through multiple phases to be finished ("black circle and red circle - the core")...
Cheers,
Adrian

Hi Guys,
Like the revision Adrian - thanks for that
Eziey - another nice design - keep it up!
Lonely Rabbit - nice concept but probably a bit too conceptual for us
There are some great designs here but I still feel that we haven't quite hit the mark. I would really like to see some sort of simple printed circuit incorporated into the design.
Lets see those creative juices flowing!
Cheers

Hi Nick :)
How is this? (R, simple circuit board, multiple processes going to an end point ...)

Thanks for the further designs guys!
DesignGeneral – I see what you are trying to do with the R but it doesn't work for me - I think I prefer your earlier designs.
Eziey – like the font of REAL TIME RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS – the logo is interesting but I would like to see some different versions, possibly ones that look more like a circuit board.
Aaron - thanks for the design but I feel this does not represent the corporate image we are trying to create.
My Chicken - thanks also for the design - I showed it around the office and unfortunately the general opinion was that it looked like a cartton ant rather than a circuit board :o(.
Please keep the designs coming, I need to close this off soon
Thanks in advance
Nick

DesignGeneral - thanks for the numerous designs! The designs are good but a bit too simple for my liking
Eziey - like the design, (although someone pointed out that it looks like a swimmer!) - could you work this up a bit and make it more like a circuit board - Thanks
Fabian - not sure I understand the rabbit - look forward to your explanation!
Keep them coming guys

Fabian - not sure I understand the rabbit - look forward to your explanation!
Used to represent the speed a chip can process information that has been pre programmed into it, which can be viewed in the negative space.
Just me trying out some lateral thinking

MyChicken - like the bottom design you have done - could we see it in black font but with the logo in a green colour (like the actual colour of a printed circuit board) - Thanks
Eziey - interesting design - does it represent anything?
DesignGeneral - Thanks for the design, I'll get back to you if I need any revisions
Cheers Guys

It is a "simplified person", formed from electronical shapes (something like can be found on curcuit board or microchip)...

Welcome back again Nick. I didn't notice this project until now. Do I have time to try and come up with something? Is there a new planned deadline?

I wasn't real sure about what colors to use and I really didn't want to copy other designers, so I tried some colors from elements in a circuit board.

Thanks for the design Jason but we've made a decision and MyChicken's last design #8 is the winner
Well Done MyChicken and thanks to everybody else for taking part
MyChicken, can you send over the logo in .jpg format to logo@evolutionjobs.co.uk asap. I'll get back to you if we need any further revisions
