[Project Complete] Logo for a personalized greeting cards company

We are launching a new internet service (ecommerce) in Australia, offering customised and personal printed greeting cards (xmas, birthday etc). The addressees name will be included into the image. Brand name will be "Cartolina".
Target markets will be
1. women (mothers) 25-40 years
2. Corporate businesses

Hi :)
The name of the project looks confusing. When one reads "greeting cards" it looks as if it was for designing greeting cards and not logo. I'll change the title, and if you don't like it - just tell me and I'll set it to whatever descriptive name you like :)

You must also add the amount of money offered and the deadline for your project. Thanks :)

hi Bill, we think this is a good start, thank you. 2 suggestions for comparison: Is there a way to replace a single character in the name with the drawing? And what if the drawing is bigger than now and the name is printed within the drawing?
Any other suggestions for the font of "personal greeting cards"? So that this gives more the feeling of " these are really funny cards", also for kids birthdays and so on.

I like this first attempt. 2 Colours are fine, just navy blue maybe for the text. And the smily (looks like a moon) maybe on a different spot?

Thank you David, I like the first logo. Because it has some attitude to Australia, the sunshine state! ( Very important to our customers).

Thanks Mehmet, I prefer the second of your submissions, although in your logo I miss the message of this being cards.
