Email newsletter template design - $100 Prize, 01.30.2005 deadline

I need a design for an email newsletter similar (better) than my current designs (supplied below) with my customer’s information (below).

General information:

1. We like to have a header, footer and a navigation bar (to the left).

2. We like to keep the content area width’s consistent. Please look at the samples

3. The image should show comfortably in an email preview page for Outlook Express. We believe we have achieved this with the current designs.

What are your deliverables? Do you need this as a coded page, just a PSD file? Sliced? HTML? CSS?

Also, in Outlook, if a user chooses to not show HTML email, will you code the alternative?

My comments are:

1. I would like some icons next to the menu items on the left.

2. I would like the logo in the header instead of above the newsletter

3. I don't care for the welcome in the header.

4. The proportions do not appear to be the same as the samples (navigation bar:body area).

I am extending the deadline of this project by one week as I NEED at least three different samples to let the client choose from.

Please help, I do these fairly regularly, and if this forum works for this newsletter, I hope to post new 'newsletter' projects every couple of weeks.

I am not overly picky with these (as you can see with my original samples ;) but I need some variety that looks professional.

I need the following:

1. Remove the mirror from this image

2. I need more photos in the banner, try adding a three more pictures. A little more color but lighter behind the logo... keep the b/w on the left, but just make the transition happen a little earlier.

3. The "Send this to a friend" link has a different color font than the others.
