No and sorry I wasn't a little more clear.
Another client (new) has chosen to use one of the designs that was not chosen from a previous contest.

So this is a new project with a new client but a designer has already been chosen. One of Luc's entries was chosen and we're waiting for the changes to be completed which he (or maybe I think she, not real sure) has been made aware of.
