Need a new logo for my landscape biz - $50

I am thinking of a logo change from the drab one that I have now. I want it to say Costello up top, and then landscape services below. I want to rid the clover leaf and possibly keep the same 2 colors. Any Ideas? The prize is $50

I like to keep it simple and wouldn't mind if landscape services was on top of each other if you think it is too long. Nice first design!!

No. I think I will decide in about a month, if that sounds reasonable. What is the usual time of contests?

It's all up to you. Sometimes a month is a bit extensive. The usual time usually is two weeks.

Just to give you guys and gals an idea of what I like... I like the other submissions on GreenQuest's logo. I am a little fond of the oak leaf look. I also like how the grass became part of the logo on another.

He posted our first contest (http://www.designoutpost.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=29&s=) to get things started. Rabbitdog won that one. I met him at SitePoint. He's been a big part of the success here. He's brought in several new contests not to mention the ones he has posted as well. All without asking for anything other than that small banner at the top of the main page of the forum. What a guy :tup:

Yes, and very simple and plain. I don't know what is about the font, maybe too round. Maybe I am not used to it. lol I like the landscape services font, but not the costello.

Okay,

I have decided. But, before I say who, I would like to personally thank everyone who participated, Elkootcho , lang, FTIGraphix, Subtract , rkosmic1, JulieT, Carolinaman, RadicalSEED, and Palmer for this great site. All the designs were nice, but I can only pick one.

I also want to say... you all are a good looking bunch (compared to our forum). lol I saw your thread "what do you look like" Anywho....
