We are launching a new website for a business consulting and coaching company.
The site is based on a commercial template, that we have modified to suit our purposes.

Version 3 (index3) is preferred in terms of emphasis and layout, although another version would be acceptable. (Version 1 index.html has the all the information we want – we just can’t figure out how to fit it all in, so version 3 is the compromise.)
The problem is that this design is now busy and not beautiful, and we need it modified so that it is readable, AND good looking, and still contains all the appropriate information.
This site should appeal to entrepreneurs and business people. It needs to convey a sense of organization, order, and profitability. With a creative spark.
The front page has to be able to include long sales letter copy on the left hand side (if you use the approach in index3.html.
We need at least the main (home) page, child pages, and other standards - like contact page. We'll supply the purchased template (html and psd).

Timeframe is asap. I'd like to award and get this going by March 3rd.
