[Project Complete] Need Brandable Logo - $300

We have recently acquired the domain name gayspot.com. We will be developing Gay Spot into a community website similar to myspace.com, friendster.com, downelink.com, gay.com, etc.

As the name implies, the target audience for this site are gay folks. We expect this portal to appeal to both gay men and women. We wish to present concepts of youth, vitality, and freedom.

The site will be a place for people to interact with each other, create their own personal webspaces with their own blogs and photo albums. It will be a place to meet other people and explore connections.

We expect the site to do very well and need a logo that will help us establish our brand. The Gay Spot logo will be seen on the webpage of course, but will also be used in clothing, stationary, print advertising, etc.

We will need a high quality logo that is vector based or similar so that we can shrink or enlarge it without distortion. The resolution will need to be high enough so that we can use it for any purpose.

I did a little research and found that the Greek lambda is a gay symbol (didn't know that) along with the pink triangle. I tried to incorporate them both...

I thought I'd take a little risk and steer away from the well known stereotypes. I think (hope) it expresses the fresh original look you're after.

I've given you a few color palettes so you can better decide if you like the "G" motif.

- lifebelt, community -> gayspot help their members :)

Hello Designers!

I'm sorry for the absence. We were agressive in our deadline and then I ended up getting a major case of the flu which totally put me out of commission. I'm so sorry.

I would like to extend the deadline to 7/14.

These are the logos that stood out to me:

post #4, #7, #16, #20, #23 &24

If I had to narrow that down then i would say that I really like the idea behind #20. My favorite font is in #7.

Is everyone good with extending this deadline to the 14th?
