Question about... shipping and handling?

I was going through the process of posting a contest and understood the 10% fee for DO, but saw that Paypal was charging me an $11 shipping and handling fee...

What needs to be shipped? I don't see the reason for paying shipping and handling, unless I'm missing something. Please help! :D

Sorry, didn't notice that... I knew you got 10% but didn't know it would be called "shipping and handling"
