[Project Complete] Logo for a new lawn care company

Hello,

I am starting a new lawn care company and I need a logo for business cards, brochures, vehicle, etc. The name of the company is Grassworks Lawn Care. I will be applying fertilization and weed control to customer's lawns using both synthetic and organic materials, hoping to go completely organic in the future.

I am looking to work on upscale lawns, as a result, I would like something fairly modern. I have no color preferences other than something that will look good on a white truck.

I look forward to working on this project. The bid is $125.00 and I would like to complete by 03/14/2005.

Thanks to everyone for the entries. I'll try to explain what I like and dislike about each one.

Samoyloff...I prefer your first entry. It's not as radical. Can we play with the colors?

Deanna...This is not what I'm after. However, I checked your website and I like the Clover Valley Soapworks design. It brings a touch of the environment to the design.

Adrian...I like the clean crisp look. But, I think of the YMCA when I see the "people".

Eziey...I like the clean look and colors. However, I'm not sure I like the blue rectangular block.

Hello designers!

I'm having a difficult time. Nothing really jumps out at me and says, "this is it". I thought maybe I'd have more with an organic/nature look. My desire of wanting something "modern" may have thrown you off.

So far, I'm leaning towards Samoyloff's #4 and eziey's #3.

The time has come to make a decision. I want to thank all of the designers for their work. You gave me a lot of options to choose from. I will highly recommend this site to others.

After much discussion with family, I have chosen to go with eziey's #5.
