Hi Folks, got a small project here.

My client offers multimedia software recruitment training programs for companies. Using this system new employees rapidly develop confidence and knowledge to understand your company's philosophy and procedures. It empowers them to become productive without affecting your existing staff.

The program targets retailers, industry, manufacturers, trainers, organizational bodies, consultants, H&S officers, unions, etc etc

Need to redesign their current website which is old, unpolished and clunky to use.

Deliverables: 1 template, PSD files, coding/css is NOT required

- Needs a polished and corporate feel
- To Promote their product
- Color scheme based on current logo

Need to use the heading on the homepage

Hey Guys,

Firstly, just want to apologise for not getting back to you. Just realised that it was the Easter break the last 4 days. In Australia we have public holidays from Friday-Monday, so I need to expend the deadline to April 4th.

Ok on to the comments.

Aliska First Template
- This was the client's favourite template.
- Liked the design and layout- the client felt it matched the image he wants for his company.
- He especially liked the links under 'homepage'.

Cosmic Template
- The client felt this site looked cleaner, but unfinished.
- He liked the lady with the bubble,
- He liked how the bubble was framed and highlighted- it's draws attention.

Aliskas second template
- The client thought this template was too text-heavy, and didn't draw attention.

Suggestions
Guys as the client has said he really liked aliskas first template, the color, the top menus, and the links below the home page, so that MUST be kept for the next versions

He also liked the lady with the bubby. So Im suggesting the bubble to be perhaps right next to the logo or maybe first thing on the top of the content.

Anne, Fabian you guys look like you've almost got it. Can you make this minor changes and resubmit pls?

The client wants a women with a bubble as mention. As Cosmic has done.

Im thinking perhaps you can have that women/bubble on top next the the logo OR

Just under the title "Welcome to iRecrt Multimedia"

Hi Dolphin.
I was thinking of giving this another shot but if what your client wants is to have a woman with a bubble I have to withdraw from the contest. This is a large part of Cosmics design and we are not allowed to copy each other ideas/elements.

I was thinking about adding something the same character. But you see, my design and Cosmic's in different styles, they are complete now and there's no place for adding character. If you want the woman with bubble it's easier to chose his design and make some changes, so you client would be satisfied.
