[Project Complete] Logo for Real Estate Company

I need a logo for a real estate LLC titled "Millennium Real Estate Associates." It's a small company. The web page is www.MREA-LLC.com. Mission, excelent value for tenants and investors. $125 award. It would be great if one copy of the logo could be on or pasteable onto the "Bluehouse.gif" header (attached & on website).

Here are some very large established real estate capitalization & management companies that we admire for ideas/comparison:

Perhaps something Emphasising the "Millennium" and minimizing the "real estate associates" text wise. Perhaps something playing with the letter M for the graphic, or maybe some sort of double helix playing on the 2 L's and to n's, although that doesn't have much to do with real estate. I drew a logo (attached) somewhat similar to www.fastrental.com
. I'd want to distinguish it from that a little if possible. I'm open to all suggestions.
