Thank you to everyone for your hard work and deciation to this project. Your patience is much appreciated as I know that I had little time to browse and critique in the forums here.

After much consideration of all the designs, I had narrowd the decision down to ElKootcho and geiger, and have decided to go with the designs by geiger (site spin). Geiger, I don't know what the process is at this time, but thank you for your hard work and patience with us. I understand you may be out of town, however, please contact me at admin@ecphosting.net so we can continue discussion from there. I have decided to postpone the contest until Monday (the original time was tonight). Monday was mentioned in the original post as a backup plan (and know that is in effect). Below is some critique. I am looking now for something like that 'one life' contest. Very sharp logos there! :D

Elkootcho, nice work (you are certainly on the right track). Designs 02 and 04 are boxie and not what im going for. Design 01 and 03 are on the right track (excellent job).

Jackie, nice theme in your last design. It's a little too light but on the right track none-the-less.

J-design, i just like that one logo you made. The rest were just too scratchy.

Jackie, i like the first design you made, but not sure about it. Could use some touching up.

Hello and thank you for all the hard work thus far. I would like to see more diversity in the logos I'm seeing. Hopefully my explanation can help here...

Elkootcho, I like the font you are using but the "<" and ">" is not something i am going for. 05 was nice, 06 is not what im looking for (trying to avoid the '( )' and '< >'I would like to see some more variations of your symbols (as you seem to have a good lead). By the way, is that a picture of you in your avatar? ;)

Ejlain, nice varations. Keep the first one I liked and please try with some other varations as well different than what you have been doing.

Here is something i threw together with a current logo i had. Some kind of incentive to what i am looking for. Use this also as idea of what im looking for (although its very cheesy).

Nice designs, however, it has too much of a flower look. Going for a little something away from that. I really wish i could put into better words what Im looking for, as I dont think Im being fair here. Im seeing many folks on the right track but I haven't seen anyone right on with a design Im up for. But please, everyone, keep up the excellent work! I know someone is bound to come up with an incredble style and symbol.

I didn't stick with a blue for the initial concept, but I'll gladly revert if you so choose. Also, hosting:hosting probably wasn't the brightest idea :D

geiger, please try another variation of your logo (and even condense it to 180x45 in a sample for me). You are definatly on the right track.

FTIGraphix, that is an incredible logo, in fact beautiful for a hosting operation. But its not our style. I wish i could use that logo elsewhere, but again, not for our hosting operation. Can you try some other variations? Kill the arrow and lose the block around ECP. Your second logo did not fit our request (asking to be behind a white background).

Ubereger, try moving the box away from the ecp. Also try other variations including ones that compliment a 180x45 logo. Thank you.

ElKootcho, please forgive me for missing your 09 post. Excellent design. Could I see some more variations of that. I like the base of it. Could you also make some 180x45 logo's as well with it as well as try your own variations. It seemed it was all the same color (try some other shades). Thanks!

geiger, excellent response to my request for variations. Could you perhaps try some other colors for me. I like the color and look of the symbol with shade. However, with the text 'ecp' and 'hosting' could you try the other colors? My partner suggested using blues, grey variations (as that's the theme look of our site). For me, also try some other colors (just go nuts). ;)

FTI, looking good. Another excellent design, but again not fitting the theme we are looking for. The two logo's (the one with the underline and arrow) both have a potential, but again, continue to try some more variations. Try to use alternate colors (different shades of blue) on your next versions. The last logo you placed... too much knight rider (and not what we're going for). Nice try though ;) (i thought i'd be honest with you since you have two other great designs) :D

When you changed the original deadline to Thursday it slipped my mind a bit, but I'll be leaving Thursday morning for a 10 day vacation. This could cause a small problem if I do win, but I have a few suggestions:

1) I leave my final design with Palmer who, if I win, will send it to you (if he doesn't mind). I'll recieve payment when I return.

geiger, thank you for responding to our request for more variations. Nicely done! Could you give us a variation with blues and grays (decide upon the symbol color with that). We like the grey used in the last logo but would like you to try it with the blues.

KlKootcho, the 180x45 is beauitful. We really like that look and thank you for getting back to us with it. We have also placed that on our list for final selection.
