Need Templates

Hello everybody,

I am making a web application, and it's going to include some pre-set templates in it. Problem is, I'm a programmer, not a designer. :D If anybody would be kind enough to make me some basic templates, that could be used as a preset to a website, please let me know. :)

The application will be paid, and you should get a sum of money if/when we sell our product, but no gaurantees.
