I believe I know who the winner is. However, may I ask if Fran and Paula23 are still watching this contest? I have a question for both.

If either of you win, would it be acceptable for the other person to offer his/her logo for $20? This would be as back-up because we're still having trouble deciding and don't want to keep this waiting much longer for you guys.

I think that in accordance with the contest rules, you can take the time you need, but it would be better if you chose one winner.
You'll surely do the better choice!

I am sure that both designers are flattered that you are having a difficult time making a choice, however, it is required that you choose 1 winner for this contest. If you are interested in 2 logos, you may offer 2 prizes identical to your initial project award ($125). The designers do not work as a team, and are paid only when they are declared a winner of a project.

As Fran has indicated, there isn't a time limit on your decision. If you are taking more time to make a choice, just dropping a note in the project thread so the designers know would be great.

As far as asking the participants to accept a lower dollar amount, you are asking them to violate the rules of the site, which do not allow them to offer their work for less than the project amount prior to a winner being chosen.

The other way you can proceed is by choosing a winner and then contacting the other designer privately and negotiating a price for their work. It is completely up to them to set their prices, but payment would be made through Design Outpost.
