Hi everyone. I already completed two projects here which came out great, so hopefully this project will produce some great art work as well!

I am going to great a new site called Pro Poker Guide. The URL is ProPokerGuide.com, but the site isn't up yet. The site will have everything from poker tips to poker site reviews.

I'm leaving the design up to you guys. Anything that involves poker such as chips, cards, or maybe a mascot (see below).

I would like to have the graphic in typical Formats (PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD) It should be at least 350 DPI so i can use it for tshirts, business cards, etc.

Also i was thinking of maybe a mascot along with the logo. Something to make the site stand out. Something cute with a poker cap. maybe like this (http://www.oowie.com/thumbs/oowie_poker.gif) Perhaps an animal like a panda? This is optional. But if you did include an mascot, I will pay extra to have the mascot in different pose.

DeadLine for this is June 15. But I will definitely close this earlier if i see something good.

Hmm nice work bill! I was hoping the mascot would be more seperate from the name. Cause for certain stuff, I might just use the name without the mascot. Is there a way to include the .com in there somewhere as well?

Mascot: Cute mascot bill! Is there a way for it to have PPG somewhere on the cap or maybe ProPokerGuy on a tshirt for anyone else who's considering doing this project? I don't want people to steal the mascot picture and use it on their site, although I'll trademark it.

Looking forward to seeing more entries!

Hmm is there any reason why there isn't any update or new entries for this? Is it because of the price $125?

I'm actually on vacation right now, so I wouldn't be able to reply for a while.

I will have to extend this deadline till June 7th. I'm looking forward to people's designs/feedback.

Jsanqunetti I like your concepts, especially the 4th design. The panda is cool, but is there a way to make it look cuter? Kind of like this: http://www.michaelpanda.com/images/pandadancelogo.jpg Something about the nose that doesn't look right. Can you include ppg somewhere in the panda?

Nfrack: Your concept is interesting. The PPG looks cool, but something about the human in the middle of it doesn't seem right for this logo. Nice uses of the card suit.

I have extended the deadline till June 15th, since I just got back from vacation and will reply quickly now. Thanks

Here are a couple of ideas for your consideration ... Playing card mascot with a sly "poker face", with or without cigar. The different suit symbols inside the letters allow the name to stand on its own if necessary. Currently the logo is in full colour, but I can narrow down the colours if needed. I have also included a smaller black and white version.

Many thanks,

Kassi :)

Jsanqunetti: nice new pandas. I'm going to have a hard time picking one out. I would like to have the panda smile

Nfrack: the new design looks better, but seems a little plain.

Kassi: That mascot looks great. A card playing cards. lol. The sly one is better than the cigar one. The only thing i didn't really like is the color scheme. Maybe use the colors that Jsanqunetti used. Or something a little more lighter for the logo. I liked how you use the card suit.

thinkkre8tiv: I like how the panda look, but can you make him look like he's holding cards?

Thanks for submiting such great design ideas. It'ls going to be hard to pick a winner.

Thanks for the feedback! Here are some different colour variations. Please let me know if any of them are closer to what you are looking for, or if you have any specific preferences as to what colours you would like to see where, or even if you have any different colour schemes in mind that you would like me to try.

Thanks again!

Kassi :)

hey Kassi. 3D looks good! the PPG on the red card looks kind of off. The G looks like a six. How would a white font look on it? Can the ProPokerGuide.com use a lighter color as well? Just to see how it looks. Thanks kassi!

That was my favourite out of the bunch too :)

I worked on the "G" a little to make it look less like a "6" and changed the propokerguide.com to a lighter grey and then another one completely white.

Thanks!

Kassi :)

Kassi: The white font looks better on the card.. But i think the original darker color in 3D for the logo looked the best.
