[Project Complete] T-shirt design - $200

I need a new design for a client that has a yearly tournament that he sells his t-shirts at.

the title is Texas Twister it will be printed on a bright yellow shirt and may have up to six colors in an EPS format.
the design should be in a line art vector file, so Coreldraw or Adobe Illustrator must be used. I'm wanting a new fresh perspetive, the target group will be ages 9-18 years old.
