I just had my logo developed at design outpost and now I am looking to have my website templetes developed! My company name is Simply Staged Homes. My URL is simplystagedhomes.com

I am attaching the logo and would like the templete to have a similar feel. I need an HTML templete (frame set and subpages)
I would like there to be the following Icons: About Us, Services, Why Stage, Portfolio, Links

I would also like the main page to include a section titled: Design Idea of the Month - this should include a photo and a description.

For those who are not familiar with home staging I will explain what I do. I work with homeowners and Realtors to prepare houses for sale. Declutter, choose colors, arrange furniture to display the homes best features...

What kind of images you wanna see? Could you upload some for Design Idea of the Month. Which content you wanna place on the page?

I am attaching a photo example for the design Idea of the month section. I would include a one paragraph description of the photo on the web site. It may say something like:

Create a gallary of family portraits on a hall or stairway wall! You can make a huge dramatic impact and tell a narrative by selecting a number af personal photos and grouping them together. Use similar color frames and mats to create a cohesive look!

The other contant that should be included on the mainpage is a blurb about staging like the example that follows:

Homes that are Staged, or prepared for sale, by an Accredited Staging Professional™ look better than other homes on the market by being clean, clutter-free, and ready to show to prospective buyers. Staged homes traditionally sell faster and for more money in today’s real estate market. The ASP™ designation is a benchmark of true excellence in customer service for home sellers. Simply Staged Homes is dedicated to the principles and practices of Staging and the many benefits this service will bring to its' clients!

The content text is not so critical since it is a templete I can chang it later. I think it would also be goos to add a realtor icon that realtors can select to get more information. Maybe this icon can be located on the main page in a different location than the other ones

This is a start-up company. Simply Staged homes tagline is picture perfect and ready to sell. There is a corporate visuall identity. I am attaching the business card as an example.

Simply staged Homes target market is homesellers, realtors and real-estate developers in Chicago's western suburbs.

I like the second page you submitted. I think I would like to omit the exterior photo. I wonder if we could put an ASP logo there instead? I will attach it.
Could we also put a link/icon under the realtor one that says Homeowners - followed by the text: Ask about our "Staged to Move" services!

I like the color seperation between the pictures on the first page of the three. Can we put the design idea text directly over the coresponding picture? Then maybe put the ASP logo to the right of it?

On the Design idea of the month let's make the title: Staged to Live Design Idea of the Month . It is an idea for the homeowners to personalize thier space not to "Stage to Sell" it. I do not want them to be confused.

I like the site layout. However, the photos of homes are a little more modern then my clients tastes. They tend to prefer the more traditional decor. Could you exchange the photos for traditional interiors?

I made 2 with different color variations. You could use them both :) You can also have one subpage without the right collumn.
