You are creating a logo for Atlas Group LC, a real estate property management company. We can handle all types of rentals but specialize in residential property.

Any colors can be used. We have been in business for 10 years and feel an "update" or change may be appropriate to what some feel is a "dated" look. We do not want anything cartoonish.

The logo will be used for business cards, print media, stationary, and possibly on our web site. www.property-mgmt.com

Please post if you should decide to attempt this project.

hi.. here is my concept..

i put "a property/house" inside the "A" .. :)

So far, I like the last/second design best of the two. If you have any additional ideas or perspectives that would be appreciated. I will need to show these to my partner as well.

Atlas - "Charles Atlas" he is the guy you see holding the world on his shoulders. Originally I pictured Charles holding a house on his shoulders. I started the company 11 years ago, and I was the only one... just me. I wanted basically to say that I was strong enough, even by myself, to handle any problems that came about in the course of managing clients property. At the time, there basically was no Internet, it was just really getting started, and I couldn't find a picture of what I needed. So I went with the next best thing, ATLAS, strength, as the colums holding up the building.
