I need this logo to conform to a similar color scheme. Other than that, please just remember that this will be used on stationary, business cards, direct mail pieces and all other customer facing campaigns and coorespondence.

This is step 1 in a 2-3 step project. I am currently looking for creative design for our direct mail flyer pieces (2 sided) as well as postcard creative (2 sided). These projects will be posted once the initial selection for a logo has been identified.

I am looking for an elegant, simple and bold logo. The final logo *should* be reflective of it's name (e.g. keep a blueprint feel or background, if it's not too tacky) but shouldn't scream "Hey! I was created in a shareware paint package I downloaded from download.com!" as it currently does.

Also, please disregard use of the "Trademark" TM in the existing logo design. Seems a little presumptuous that the powers that be were *at all* concerned about somebody stealing their creative.

but remember that there are going to be space constraints. Is there a way to encapsulate the "blueprint mortgage" and the design elements a bit more while continuing to keep it elegant?

aaron, I like how you took the design element (blueprint) and made it part of the name.

VERY NICE.

bart, I really like the font and color scheme, and would like to see some "blueprint" components included on the tri-level post card looking graphic. I would personally replace the line drawn house with something a little more "hand drawn". Is this possible?

can i just have you both go off of each others concepts? frankly you guys are too talented to pick one or the other. Can I increase my payment to get final logos from both of you?

Hi Jon,

I know that choosing one design/designer is a very difficult task sometimes, but I'm afraid that each designer works individually and one designer must be chosen.

Though if you do like another design, there are no rules against making an offer to the other designer for his/her design after the project is complete.
