Hello Designers! I have in mind a logo that I would like created for my new landscaping company.

My company's name is PRO LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS, LLC. My company offers complete landscape design, construction and maintenance services. My image needs to project professionalism and give the prospect the sense that we offer complete landscaping services.

I have a design in mind and I'll try to make this easy. I would like the logo to have three squares horizontally positioned (cube-type, with rounded corners) with the following images inside each of the three squares. FIRST SQUARE: A Dark green realistic looking tree. I know there are thousands out there, but I want one that has some detail, i.e., showing branches. This image will project plant/tree care. SECOND SQUARE: A great looking blue water drop. This needs to project water management, i.e., sprinkler/drip systems...since I am landscaping in the desert heat! THIRD SQUARE: Really great looking section of bright green grass blades. This needs to be very obvious as to what it is, yet realistic. I would like the green to be very different (brighter) than the green used for the tree. The chosen three colors (dark green, blue and bright green) will be my company colors.

I would like the name PRO LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS, LLC above the logo. OR possibly PRO LANDSCAPE above and SOLUTIONS, LLC below...whichever looks best. I am also interested in your creativity in using the colors in the name font as well. I am very excited about this concept and will be anxious to see your entries.

Ruairi: Thanks for the entry. I like the layout and selection of the tree, drop and grass. I would love to see more of a distinction between the green colors...something that stands out more. Also, I am concerned that from a slight distance, the boxed outlines on the color version are too light to see well. Looking forward to seeing a revised version of what you did.

Others: I am also anxious to see any other ideas. I really want this to stand out while being very clear as to what the objects are.

Thank you.

Paula: I am not fond of the tree (much to simple) or the water drop. The reverse look is interesting though. I do plan to use the black and white on invoices, etc., and I think the water drop may be confusing to some.

Ruairi: So far, I like your last design on version 2. I like that it looks natural, and the black on white looks good too.

Any others? I will be deciding this weekend. Thanks to all!

I am declaring Ruairi's version 02, #A as the winner of this project. Many thanks to the efforts of the rest of you. I do really appreciate your consideration of this design and your creativity.

Ruairi: No adjustments needed. Please include the color and black and white version in a JPG (setting 10-12) and PDF if possible.

Thanks again.
