First time posting here, so patience appreciated.

I own a series of print websites in the UK, our latest offering requires a logo.

The website is WWW.RETAILPRINT.CO.UK

I want to leave the brief as open as possible. We can iron colours out as we go through the process.

I'm looking for a vector design, very clean and professional.

Background about the company:

Retailprint is an online PDF proofing system for corporates to use, they store their companies business cards, letterheads etc and call of and amend the templates online.

Clients can proof their items and then pay for all online.

I would like the web address incorporating into the logo.

Nice and modern, looking to pitch this as being a new way of ordering your print. So perhaps some reference to the business being based online, or its level of automation.

I'll leave it to your creative abilities.

Any questions please contact me at

Many thanks

1. Need to include the following text in the logo 'RetailPrint.co.uk'

2. We offer a print service for businesses with more than 3 employees or who require greater control of their corporate identity.

3. RetailPrint is a new offering from www.sensecreative.co.uk Sense Creative Ltd has been trading for nearly 2 years now.

4. The logo needs to be memorable, and convery a zingy, dynamic feel.

5. Long term goals with RetailPrint are to secure more corporates and franchises into the purchasing system, the systm goes live in 2-3 weeks and we currently have 50 retail outlets signed up with a further 40 due to come online in October. Long term aim is to grow the RetailPrint customer base.

Audience:

1. Mainly decision makers in Medium to Large companies. I want a striking memorable image with this, concerned more with making an impact. (The RetailPrint system can be as conservative as the users wishes, so i want the RetailPrint logo to create an impact and register in potential users memories).

2. Colours, i'm completely open to suggestions here. Bottom line with the logo is something Dynamic, Punchy and Zingy. We print with CMYK process, so there arent many colours out of range.

Looks as though this project isn't of interest, is there anything i have neglected to include?

I'm keen to get this sewn up, if i see a design that looks great i'll close the competition early.

Looking forward to seeing some ideas i hope :-)

Hello Tim

Here is a quick concept, not sure if its too print generic but I’ve tried to incorporate an R & P out of ink splats.

Evening all,

many thanks for the attempts. I found this website after a reccommendation from a business contact that is currently having his logo designed for a company called CVBOX.

I loved the style of logos in this section, in particular the pieces Paula created, the box style in Orange hues was excellent, something using the same principles would be well received.

Also in the CVBOX thread i liked the pieces by Ruairi.

Hope this helps.

Once again, thanks for the input.

Thanks for the latest set of designs,

you're right about the retailprint looking too busy. I'm not really sure about the RP either, i think the round corners on the letters reduce the impact.

The CVbox one is easier to achieve the boxy feel, i think if you replicate this on the RP we might be in danger of losing the legibility of the text.

Can you come up with some nice crisp interlocking shape style logo, can be completely abstract, just something eye catching.

We can use this as the company motif and have the logo title centred underneath or to the right of the logo.

Many thanks

Morning All,

Many thanks to everyone concerned. I do like the simplicity of the taldo design.

Has a great modern quality and will reproduce well across all the mediums.
