Can I Be Accepted?

Hello everyone,


As you will notice i'm new to this board and let me introduce myself:

My Name is Klaas Koopman and i'm from the netherlands, i'm 16 years old.
I have designed some stuff here and there for certain people.

Now I want is to help people on the net with stuff, cause most of the stuff icreated was for other people i knew, but now i want to create stuff for others..

When i looked at some stuff here at this forum i saw that you can only entry a piece of art to a contest when you are accepted? Now here is my question how can i get accepted?

Oh but I have a problem, i don't have a portfolio.... I'm kinda new to this you'll have noticed by now. I don't even own some webspace. Isn't there any other way i can apply?

Hi Klaas, welcome to Design Outpost. You'll need to have an established portfolio of samples for me to look at before being considered. The majority of the members of the Design Team are in their 20s and 30s and are professionals already working in the graphic design industry, either as freelancers or a part of a company.
