[Project Complete] Due Sept 24th - Billboard Design - $75

We are an environmental consulting firm with 16 employees and three office in Delaware USA. We have been in business for 15 years and are ratcheting up our marketing to the next level.

On October 24th we will be sponsoring a cocktail mixer at a Building Green Seminar for Architects, Homebuilders and Engineers. This will be at a large fancy exhibit hall just off of i-95. We will have a booth there also.

We would like to put copy on the billboard along I-95 at the exit for the exhibit hall that will tie in with the copy on our booth header and our marketing brochure (see other contests I will post soon).

We came up with a preliminary idea...but would like to see it polished......

Do you have a link to the billboard company's design specs? They can vary from one company to the next so if you can get their specs that would be best.

Also, what size will this billboard be?

Well the owner of DE Outdoor Advertising just called (he is also a client we bailed out of hot water a few years back) and the National Guard stepped up with a fistful of money and got our billboard.

I don't want to cancel the contest but instead will change the focus. We were going to also use the billboard graphic for our booth at the event to draw attention....so now it is the main graphic for our 8' booth.

I know the first question...what size will it be.....I don't know....I will try to find out but I know the booth is 8' wide.

I have no experience with trade show booths....if you have any ideas..please help!

Usually it takes 3-4 days to have some concepts done, and it's sometimes longer for the layout projects. I think you may expect some entries by tomorrow.

Here's the revision as requested. PLMK if ok and if possible what size the billboard co needs. I just did one for a car dealership here in California and the finished art was something like 7" x 12" at 300 dpi. PLMK

We have decided to use it as a newspaper ad and go a different way on the booth. You can probably just make it 11x17 and we will reduce as necessary. Thanks again!!

I do newspaper ads daily for the local paper. I can make it any column width you like. 11x 17 will be ok too. What about the color? Will you be running the ad in color? If so I can set up the green as a spot color
