Web designer needed for e-commerce

Does anyone here know where I can find a reasonable webdesigner for a site that I need built?

Heres the scoop: I am now looking for a web designer for a site that was to be built by a friend. The site is slow in the process and very little has been accomplished. I am looking to cut all ties with this friend and find someone to build this site that knows how to build and make it functional.

If anyone is interested in building this site or knows where I can have it bid out for building ( ihave heard there are forums for bidding your sites out), please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated.
