[Project Complete] Stationary Package B for Real Estate Agent - $245

I just finished my logo project with Design Outpost. Now I’m looking for a great Stationary and Business Card design. Deadline for the project will be October 10, 2005.

As I’m a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty I will need to include the company logo along with my logo on my stationary and business cards. I’m attaching a sample of a stationary design from another agent in my office to help explain how to include the company logo.

The information that needs to included on the business card:

Thank you for starting off the project! Your first entry has too much color for me but I do like your second entry. There seems to be too much info on the business card though. The stationary package “B” should include a double-sided card. Hopefully that will help to not make it look so jumbled. For the Keller Williams logo, please place PEACHTREE ROAD in all caps and it should be in the same size font as the word REALTY in the logo. Can you also add just my web site address to the letterhead. My next project will be a new website and I would like to promote that site as much as possible.

Could you rework the business card and make the above changes to your second entry only? Thank you again for starting off the project!

some quick revisions for you, moved the honors and affilliates under your title, gained some free space and also gained area for another mention of the website on the back of the card.

Some business card alternatives, the second set I moved the "Keller" logo around to the back and gained more space for some relief.

Good job! No changes needed for the envelope or letterhead. Thank you for all of the choices on the business card. I like the last card “backside” with my logo and the KW logo. For the front, I like the vertical card but would like to spend the weekend looking all of them over again. Thank you so much for a great job. I will send more feedback by Monday morning. One change on the envelope, can we add the KW logo and disclaimer (small than my logo)? Maybe the bottom left? I do not want it up next to my logo and to meet postal standards I don’t think it can go anywhere else.

Business card: in message #8 I like the second back best with my logo and KW logo on the same side. For the front can you re-work the vertical card leaving off the KW logo and disclaimer? And re-work the last front. There seems to be too much white space.

I take a little time away from the computer and the wonderful designers at Design Outpost flooded my inbox!! :clap:

Casey: That looks very good. No changes needed!

Fran: Thank you for all of your designs they all look great! I will need a little time to look them over. The only thing that jumps out at me is the return address for the envelope in message # 12 does not meet USPS guidelines. The scanners used in today’s mail service could pickup my return address that low on the envelope and return the letter to me. Message #14 is missing a return address on the envelope. Please give me a little time and I will have better feedback for you.

Lori: My due date is October 10, 2005. I hope you will enter!

Thank you so much for your three designs! Below is feed back:

Message 12: I like this design. Color but not too much! No changes needed for the letterhead. The envelope needs the return address moved up to meet postal standards. I really like this business card! The “RH” in the red area on the card reads pink on my screen. I’m not a fan of pink so can we change this to white or gray.

Message 13: This design doesn’t do anything for me. I can’t put my finger on why it just doesn’t hit me.

Message 14: I like this design. Nice clean design! No changes needed for the letterhead. The envelope needs a return address. No changes needed for the business card.

Thank you again for your hard work! The great designers of Outpost Design are going to make this a difficult decision!

Fran: Thank you for both revisions they look very good. I like the business card in revision #1 with the “RH” in white. No further revisions needed at this time.

Hey Designers,

I’m so sorry this has taken much longer than I anticipated! I have one last request for Fran. Fran can I see your revision in message #18 on a lighter background and then a revision of #18 leaving the gray bar off the bottom of the letterhead & envelope and off the top of the business card. Please also only use the business card with the white “RH” at the bottom.

Fran I would like to go with your design in message # 29. I would like to see the following revision: use the envelope as in message #19 but add the red bar at the top. Then can we add my website address on both the envelope and letterhead?
