We are in the very beginning planning stages of a new development and need a name, logo and slogan. We would like to have this all done by October 22nd.
Details:
120 Acres in Southern Ohio about 45 minutes west of Cincinatti. Age restricted/Retirement Community planned with approximately 100 lots.
Amenities will be:
2 existing fishing ponds with bank and pier fishing
5000 sf existing home will be community center with billiards, cards, socializing, etc.
Many wooded lots
Walking paths
Community graden area
Golf Cart shuttle to Community center
Shuttle bus to nearby shopping
One story open floor plans, low maintenance
Large one acre lots with small lawn and close-knit feel
New hospital within 10 miles (under construction)
Exclusive community feel
market will be retirees looking to move from Cincinatti to the country
Surrounding area is mostly farming with a small town within 5 miles for shopping, etc.
Slogan should incorporate the move to the country or retire to the country message.
The community center sits on top of a hill will scenic views of the countryside and you can see Cincinnati 40 miles away.
Property is beautiful rolling hill currently in hay and cattle grazing.
