We are a 501c3 non profit educational conference organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through open discussion of scientific issues. We need a logo for out Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis (TM) forum.

The Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis forum is dedicated to Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis as the name implies. This work is heavily scrutinized by the FDA and other parties as the measurements conducted impact safety margin and potency of the therapeutics involved. The work, measuring small molecule drugs on a nano-gram level, is extremely exacting, labor intensive, and the documentation involved is extensive.

The Applied Pharmaceutical Analysis forum facilitates education, training, discussion, and scientific activities in support of the bioanalytical healthcare community, and promotes and disseminates knowledge of drug analysis and allied topics. Membership includes scientists involved in every area of pharmaceutical research and development, particularly with respect to Medicinal and Analytical Chemistry. Members come from academic, industrial and governmental laboratories. Their interests include advancement of techniques and instrumentation, synthesis, and the full spectrum of activities necessary to discover and develop a therapeutic entity.

How long have you been in business?

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?

We want to brand this particular forum.

What are your long term goals?

To continue to grow and refine this highly foucsed industrial discussion group.

Very careful, analytical people who are under heavy scrutiny and are highly accountable to their employers in the establishment of human safety margins for new drug entities.

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?

Health care symbols such as the cadeceus, cross, et ceter but mixed perhaps with Accuracy and Precision symbols that come out of engineering - the compass or targets.

A Non-Profit National Bioanalytical Educational Discussion Group

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?

That this is the premier venue for their continuing education and the advancement of their ideas.

Their OK. The logos that look like data (spectra, chromatograms) are kind of nice.
