Reselling some of my server space

Right now I have a dedicated server for Ground Trades Xchange, which is way more resources than that site needs. I'd like to be able to make use of those extra resources if I can, and am thinking about hosting some web sites, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Can anyone offer any advice, or even possibly present me with a outline of a plan to run that part of things? I'd be interested in discussing a business relationship, if that's in the cards.

First you need to figure out what you can offer your customers PHP,ASP,SQL, MYSQL how much storage space how much it cost you versus what you need to charge. and so on just some thoughts.

I'll look into the things my server has to offer. Right now there is so much bandwidth available that it seems a shame not to put it to use.
