Hi,

I need a logo for a Project Management consultancy focused on recovering troubled projects. Most often the projects are IT projects but not just IT projects.

Company is called Project Turnaround.

Clients are mostly large corporates so logo needs to be relatively conservative and very professional.

Company prides itself in being able to come into failing project and turn it completely around in very short period of time. Logo should somehow show that dynamism and turning around.

Colors used in the web site are shown in the attachment colors.jpg. Please try and use some or all of those colors in the logo if possible.

There is no tag line. All I need is some graphics and company name - Project Turnaround.

I need, of course, logo in vector format, but I would appreciate if you could also deliver (once you are selected):

- logo width 80 px, white background logo

- logo width 170 px, white background logo

- and I would also need a white version of the logo that would fit max within the second attachment - LogoBg.gif

I think that's all.

Good luck.

Hi

here is my first entry. Your feedback is greatly appreciated

Kind regards

Bojan,

Thanks a lot for that.

It’s a good start, but not quite my style.

I would like graphics to be separate from the text. And just taking this arrow as a separate graphics would not be interesting enough.

I’m glad you used the colors I gave, but maybe we should reduce the use of orange to just an accent color. In this logo lots of orange and the other bright color make it look, well, not serious enough.

Any other ideas?

I designed this logo before I read your comments on Bojan's
entry, so I'll try to come up with something new, but maybe
this one will help you give us some more feedback.
Thank you.
Artemii.

Thanks Artemii.

I quite like this. Simple but recognizable. It’s not bad.

I’m just not sure what to do about colors. In the web page draft those colors looked quite ok, but when used in a logo I’m not so sure. Could you try with those colors but darker shade? Are there some other colors which would work with this combination of colors?

Thanks.

Hello,

My first try, arrowless :)

:) Here is mine suggestion. It represents a dynamic circle that implies turn-around.

Thanks a lot for all the submissions. These are all great.

eziey, your second submission is more interesting. Only comment I have is that it looks too much like "D". I was confused for a moment why "D" before I realised what it shows. Can you keep the concept but try to make it look less like "D"?

Artemii, your message #9 is very interesting and looks much better with this combination of colors.

Virgil, thanks for trying without arrows. It's true, I would like to get something original, unconventional, if possible. However, I'm not sure I understand this logo. Yes, I can see P and T but don't understand the whole concept.

Castell, it's a nice logo, it's dynamic, it clearly shows turnaround and I'll definitely show it to the client. Small problem I have is that it is not very original. I have a feeling that sphere with different arrows logo is far overused.

RelevantStudio, thanks for the submission. It is interesting and different than others.

RedEye, your second logo is more interesting.

eziey, your message #18 is ok.

Can I just ask you all that you use darker shades of orange and blue/green for logos if you use those colors? I think that's what client wants.

I'll see client tomorrow morning and will hopefully have more and better feedback then.

Thanks.

Just to give you an update - client saw logos and was quite impressed with all the submissions I showed him.

So far he likes Artemii's last post, eziey's latest submission and castell's sphere.

However, he is still hoping to see few moro logos and to see something that would totally impress him.

Could it be possible to see few more submissions?

How about something that uses reflection, instead of arrows, to symbolize turnaround? Or, because business is about bringing order into chaotic project - how about something that would represent order from chaos? Or a chart where arrow is going down and then suddenly up? Something else?

Thanks.

Sorry about the delay in selecting the winner. Client couldn't make up his mind.

Thank you all for your submissions.

This time the winner is Gig (Message#24).

Gig, can you please send me all the files? Also, could you please put the logo in the attached background?

Thanks.
