Hey guys, I recently had all of you design a logo for my new venture with Tucker Property Maintenance, LLC., now I need a tri fold brochure and a simple letterhead. I will attach logo and info to go in and any suggestions are welcome. I obviously like the green and black that is in my logo. I would like to see a picture or design of "grass" and "asphalt" with parking stripes.
I would also like to have a spot on the back or front for mailing labels and maybe the lists of services at the end. I will have an equipment picture soon.

I think on the front, I would want some minor details about commercial asphalt and landscape work. The attachment that is titled "Important Info" is the main content inside the brochure I would like it to use however I am open to suggestions. Maybe on the back page, I would like to see all the different options for both aspects of the business.
I was thinking maybe the lawn in the background on the landscape page and I will get you a "befor and "after shot of the sealcoating on the asphalt page.
I def. want the BBB logo and the Seal master logo on the appropriate pages.

Hi,
If you want to put the pictures on the brochure, I think you should give higher resolution pictures. So when you print/send the files to the printing company, you will get maximum result.

Looks great. I want to see some other ideas, however. I really like the way you done the letterhead. As I before mentioned, I an mot set on any way of doing this, however, I want to continue to use the logo and colors.

Hi JJJ, there may be a couple of reasons for the low turnout to your project. First, some designers may still be away during the holiday season, and second, the amount you are offering for this project.

Our suggested minimum for brochures is $150 while our minimum for letterhead is $100. Since you are offering $150 for both, this may be detering some entries. May I suggest changing the requirement to the brochure only?

Cazey,
A couple of things I would like to see in yours.
1-I need to get the contact info on there in a big way maybe even the Phone # on the front inside that black and green block.
2- The two pics of the grass and asphalt on the front page. Can it be shaped like a diamond with the 2 pics inside?
3- A few text changes--- Let's go "We" would like to share instead of "I"
4- In the General Asphalt page. I would like for it to be headed with "Sealcoating and General Asphalt Maintenance" and also the Sealcoating benefits and the before and after shot first and the the General Asphalt Maint. second.
5- I would also like to add the "Budgeting" paragraph in also.

Cazey, I download the files and the brochure in Adobe, the L's on the brochure seem to be messed up. Can you take a look?

Are you viewing the pdf and the widths are looking strange(some fatter than others). Zoom in and you will see that it is fine. It just has something to do with the way PDFs are displayed. I checked out the final eps file and it is fine? If you have any other inquiries just ask.
