[Project Complete] t-shirt design for company employees - $200

I need a t-shirt designed for my company. Our company website is www.eclnet.com. Our company is called Eclipse Marketing - our company logo is our name -- Eclipse -- seen on the website. Each year we choose a theme for our summer sales team. This year is our 15th anniversary as a company. This t-shirt is used in our new employee orientation meetings. We want to give them something to re-commit them to the company goal for the year.

Our employees are in their early 20's and mostly college students. We want a contemporary design -- basically something that a college student would want to wear ( the shirt is no good if they won't wear it and think it is "cool") -- I am thinking Hurley, DC, Quicksilver -- type of look.
I want something on the front of the shirt -- just over the left breast of the shirt -- a small image or company logo, and then a nice graphic on the back of the shirt.
Possible Elements to incorporate into the design: 2006, Eclipse, Committed to Success (this is our theme this year) , 15th Year Anniversary.

I like both designs. I like the committed to success on the back of the blue one, but I also like the green design as well.

can you incorporate the committed to success -- on the back of the green one and make the 15th year anniversary a smaller detail on the back.

on the blue one can you incorporate the 15th year anniversary onto the back.

I will probably use an off-white or stone colored shirt to print on -- could you show me the graphics on a white or stone colored shirt instead of the blue and green shirts.
