[Project Complete] Logo for new Real Estate Company - $200

Hello designers. I am helping with the marketing plan for a new real estate company. We are eagerly looking for a new logo. Preferrably something that is sharp and has a clean and simple look.

Summary of who we are:
The company name is Apex Realty, LLC. This realty company will focus on the sale of residential real estate. The company is being established by experienced people in the real estate business, and the new company represents a small highly aggressive, determined organization poised to achieve big results right out of the gate.

Audience Profile:
Home owners who need to sell a home quickly and are looking for real estate professionals that will give them the visibility they would expect from a big realty firm but the level of service they would receive from a local firm.

We are looking for:
The logo needs to exude credibilty for an industry that too often relies on being established for a long period of time. The logo also needs have a feel of a highly motivated sales force that is focused on achieving results for it's clients.

Possible ideas:
Incorporating a home and the idea of the company being at the pinnacle of its industry. However we are open to any ideas!

Possible colors:
Please use a 2 color logo and use colors that describe what I have discussed in the paragraph above and or colors typically associated with real estate.

Logo will be used:
On signs for homes being listed for sale, potentially billboards, magazines, a lot of printed advertising.

MOZ - Can you work up an edgier version without the chimney and something a little more sleek?
thinkkre8tiv- Version 1 I like the best, I like the logo but would like to see a real estate feel to it as well. The door just didn't work for me on symbol. I really liked the font and colors though
Paula23 - The concept just wasn't striking. we are trying to set ourselves apart from the competition.
Coffeehousestudio-The concepts didn't really fit the sleek and clean look we are going for, can you submit another concept?
Tonya - I like the incorporation of the A into your logo, how can it be modified to have a real estate feel?
Mediagraph - Great submission, I like the concept at this point. Can you work with the roof? I like how you incorporated the A.

thinkkre8tiv - we liked your post and are looking forward to seeing how you can make the shape more into a home or real estate feel, ie: add a window, etc.
Mediagraph - I like the alterations you made
skyvee - we would like to see any adjustments you can make to the triangle shape to make it less blocky and cleaner.

thinkkre8tiv - did you have any other variations? I liked the cleaner look on your first submission. I don't like all the black space and the rounded top on the window didn't look right with the triangular shape. You mentioned yesterday you were posting some other versions.

Ruairi, please offer me an option with 2 colors. I want to keep the color in the text and if you can make the logo one of the goldish orange colors, I would appreciate it. Or send me a couple of recommendations.
