In an effort to provide our clients with simplified view of our processes (from their viewpoint), we are looking for an 8-1/2x11 sheet illustrating the four steps in our process.

Scan invoices with the computer
Hold in a Pending File
Staple check stub to invoice
File by vendor

There needs to be a place for the logo (attached) and the output should look good in grayscale as well as color.

This is our first project so I'll be checking often to answer questions and provide input because I am sure I have left things unsaid that would help with this project.

Alos, in your descripion, when you say file are you meaning elctronically file or "file".

Just to clarify - the step 2 - referred to as File - is talking about handling the physical paper that was scanned - rather than the resulting digital file.

sorry for the delay - i was out of the office for a couple of days. I am fine with the diagram as completed.

In the final package, I just need a cmyk version and grayscale version, and a readme - indentifying the fonts used (I understand that the type will be converted to outline to avoid font license issues)
