I am looking forward to posts. I recently had Apex Realty designed by the group and everyone at the company was very pleased. I am eager to get more great work done by design outpost! :)

Here is mine. Tried to invoke a subtle hint of Memphis into it.

Feedback: First thanks for your postings!

nhr: I like the concept, I liked the edges it has. Also the colors worked great with the concept:

joshuamings: I liked version 1.1 The logo itself is good I didn't however like rounded portions of the shape. Also the teal writing seemed to get lost next to the logo. Please revise if you can.

Again, I appreciate both of your designs. I will continue to provide feedback on any and all submissions.

Josh- I appreciate the latest submission. The round symbol was good

thinkkre8tiv- thank you for your submission too. I wasn't too fond of the squares shapes in the box, do you have any other variations?

Also I am looking for several options out there, so other designers, feel free to submit. !

Hey everyone, thank you for the posts, here is my feedback to date:

nhr: We really like the concept can you tone down the MSREI a bit?

joshuamings: We like version 1.2c of yours, how about some new colors, I think there is just too much teal

thinkre8tiv: We did not like the puzzle, how about some modifications to your 1st version, to show a home

mediagraph: We liked both versions, is there anyway to incorporate a home into them?

eziey: we liked the 2nd one but would like to see the logo a little stronger and using some different colors

Thanks to everyone so far!

Hey everyone we have been pouring over all these concepts over the last few days. In addition we have had to speed up the decision making process.

nhr has been chosen the winner.

We would like to see a revision to 1.1 from nhr

to show the msreia as Mid-South REIA if that is possible.

Everyone, thank you so much for your ideas. We liked aspects of all of them.

nhr, we are looking to try to contain the lettering to a smaller amount of space, can you revise and do the following: making the Mid-South and R E I A larger and spaced out and have the text at the bottom starting on the left side of the logo?

Let me know if I should email it in a word doc or something to illustrate better. Thanks!

Mid-South
R E I A
Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association

Hallo again, Ryan. I understand.

There are variations:

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b92/nhrdesign/_DO/MSREIA14_DO.png

a) smaller "Mid-South R E I A", "Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association" aligned wit the roof;
b) smaller "Mid-South R E I A", "Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association" aligned wit left side of the wall;
c) larger "Mid-South R E I A", "Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association" aligned wit the roof;
d) larger "Mid-South R E I A", "Mid-South Real Estate Investors Association" aligned wit left side of the wall.

Thank you,
Nebojsa

Is there anyway we can make the letter for REIA a little larger something just doesn't look right. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks

Yes, I have. I will post them soon.
Thank you.

nhr

There are two suggestions:

a) if you want similar size of "Mid-South" and "REIA", then is suggestion diferent font;

b) if not, sugesstion is just bigger "REIA":

Thank you.
