DUE Thursday, February 9.

Hey everyone, VERY short-term project here (only 2 days). We're looking for volume of ideas (we probably won't have much time for critiques or modifications). Here's what info I have:

Name : Lakeland Realty

Business Type : Real Estate

Style : Cutting Edge, Trendy, Modern, etc...

Target Audience : 20-30 something professionals seeking to buy or sell their homes.

Colors : Bright, Pure Red (Seriously, like 255,0,0), white white and black used for highlights/accents/etc...

Must include the name in the logo. Everything else is up for grabs. The big emphasis points are the pure Red as the main color, and that it should be "Ultra Trendy".

Since this is a very short-term project, I'll be constantly monitoring this thread to answer anybodys questions. $250 is up for grabs, so good luck to everyone!

Since it is encouraged to use the MLS Realtor emblem in all US realtor listings if you are a MLS Realtor I thought why not give this a try. 2 "L's" plus the realtor logo.

We've spoken with the client, and he's selected. We're going to use Entry # 25 from SkyVee (Version 01)!
