Looking for a partner

Im not exactly sure where I can post this message, but I will put it here. I have a web design company that I am running and want to find a talented web designer to work with. Right now I have 5 clients with about 15 leads for potential clients, but I need help. I am skilled at programing, but graphics and designs slow me down since I am not a talented graphic artist. I want to know if anyone is interested in working with me on this company so I can save time and grow and be able to handle more clients. Work would be divided and rewarded very well. If anyone is interested please provide a link to me so I can look at your portfolio. I only want to hear from people who are interested, talented, and have the time to invest to work. I want to grow this company and need someone with the same motivation. Thanks.

I would like to talk further if you were interested in my work to find out more about what it would entail, cause I have been burned and frustrated by things of this nature in the past, but am always looking to help someone out if it meets my needs as well.
