Hi
This is a really urgent one as we have been invited somewhere we need to hand out material. You saved me last time with our logo so fingers crossed.....

We are looking for some double sided postcards. We use 2 colour variations of our logo so have attached them both, happy for designers to use whichever they feel is easiest to work with. (Attached)

I have a couple of other images I would like on there; plus some member quotes. I've just grabbed them from a recent document so ingore the fonts etc its purely the wording. (All attached)

The postcards need to look quite sleek as we hand out to NHS Trusts, midwives as well as parents etc

The only idea we have played around with is perhaps the logo and 2 images on the front with one of the quotes and the text on the reverse - but again am open to ideas, you're the designers after all ;)

Hi Tiny
Thanks for your submission :)

I like the curve idea on the front of the card using the 2 colours - I wonder if you could make the curve a tiny bit smaller so it ran a little nearer to the logo text and takes up slightly less space? Could we also loose the white logo thats on the blue side behind the text as not sure it needs that (I quite like simple :)) and could we move the text thats on the back of the card to the front? The very last paragraph could go in v small print at the bottom so the quotes might fit?

The back I'm not as keen on but wonder whether just a plain white back might look ok or other small bits of colour without a picture background? with the info you currently have on the front on it (so its not so squished) then perhaps the 2 smaller images might fit plus an extra quote?

Hi
Thanks for that, it's a toughie! We've had a chat and were wondering whether it was possible to see a couple of modifications to your design Fran please?:

The white circle that holds the IWMM logo, could the circle be a bit larger but overlap the photo less (if that makes sense?) could it also run off the page like the photo does rather than having a top edge to the circle please?

The background colour of the body is a bit greeny, could we see it with a pale blue such as #a6cbea; also the text on the front and its layout, is it possible to curve the text slightly alongside the curve (with a margin). Also the middle paragraph that begins "we are purely member funded", can this be the same font as the first paragraph please and the bottom paragraph slightly smaller (if it would still be legible when printed?) to run over two lines instead of 3.

Lastly is there any way you could whiten slightly my black and white image on the front to make it look a little more innocent please?

Hope that all makes sense, if not please yell.
Many thanks in advance
Charlie

Hiya
Thanks once again for all your submissions - I have no hesitation in recommending this site as I think theres a lot of great designers and you can work fast!

The designer we have chosen to work with after much deliberation is Fran, really because his concept most closely matches how we would like to market the site.

We would like to make a couple more revisions though if thats ok

Thanks again peeps

Hiya
ok the logo circle - can we sort of get a medium between the top full circle and the revision small circle? We like the size of the logo in the first, just the positioning....

Can we also have the border back on the image please?

The new text layout is great, if I forward you our site font could you pop that in to headers etc please?

Can you tell me whether the background colour is minty green or bluey please? On my pc it looks a great colour but on the latop its minty green...am assuming its the laptop colour that is incorrect but thought I better check.

Also wondering whether we could see more simple fonts for the quotes? they seem a bit fiddly...

Lastly (sorry theres 3 girls discussing this lol) as well as the above on a pale background could we please see the same layout with a darker blue background (eg same as heart of logo) with white text? In your experience is white text harder to read when printed please?

Cheers

Hello,
here are the revisions :)
the background color is a pale blue (20% cyan). The darker blue with white text is nice, but surely the black text is more readable than white when it isn't a very big size. I changed the font for quotes and I think it's better. Let me know your prefernce and thank you for your attention.

Hi Fran
Huge apologies for the delay responding, some builders dug up our cables so most of the town has been without internet...total nightmare!
Could you tell me where to send the font please?
Cheers
