Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking them as ocean bubbles, so I thought it may be better to spice this with some sea elements, as it one is looking towards an aquarium window :)

Here is something upscale, yet simple. It invokes the ocean with use of negative space and the wavy form of the C. It is also simple enough to be used everywhere, including the mold for the soaps (like how Dove, Dial, etc... have theirs).

Can you perhaps offer some insight into what sets your handmade soaps apart from competition i.e. ingredients, all natural, care and time etc?

I've got a couple of ideas I'm working on, but am truly finding it hard to work out where to come from with this project. You say your sales point is a "high end" craft store, and also that the logo of the resort is one that strikes a cord with that market/line. In my opinion they are 2 completely opposite end of the spectrum - resort logo = high impact, service centred, bright sunshine, beaches and high turnover - whereas a line of soap and body products is more subtle, longer lasting.
Anyway, I guess that's just a little warm up for my concepts which may differ from your initial 'expected' result.

Here is a small upgrade with the following:
1) Made the logo more horizontal to invoke a wave shape.
2) Improved the negative space in the C to make it look more like a wave.
3)Increased the font size on "Soapworks" and bolded it.

Thanks heaps, that does help clear it up somewhat. I've attached an idea of a typeface - which I've selected (amongst others) for the tradition and dignity it holds, whilst still remaining unpretentious and approachable. I'll develop a visual system for it with more time.

I'll get those revisions to you soon. Once the logo is done whichever logo you select would have seperate elements so you would be able to move the graphic around the type. Also, you can request that your file deliverables be vertical and horizontal that way the files are already ready for you to use on different products.
