I haven't heard yet, they are probably eating dinner or some such nonsense... ; )

Here is some more minor adjustments, and then I think we should be complete.

1. Lift up Text of fairview park so park doesn't get washed out in the green
2. Move over Victoria St. so it isn't crowding Canyon Dr.?
3. Raise 3PM line, spacing looks a little off?
4. I'm a little concerned about the bleed for the white font giving the event details, will a high resolution file take care of this or do we need to bulk that up?
5. Center the NY Times quote on the page. It's a little off to the right now...
6. Indent the event times a bit

I know some designers are funny about this, but we would like to use and reuse these ads so would it be possible to please supply an editable version? At least where dates, times, etc. are concerned.

and in case it wasn't clear about the smaller ad, that we don't need for like a week... so there's not the same time pressure...

Hey there,

So sorry, they came back with a few more...

1. They like the darkest blue. I had a 1 in 3 chance, eh??
2. In the darkest version there is a horizontal line below come find out how - they want to make sure that is NOT there
3. All of the words on the map, except WSOC should be smaller like canyon Dr, and we should change beach to Ocean
4. The photo on the far left is cropped in a bit too tight.
5. The photo of the classroom could be cropped on the left to lose the out-of-focus girl in forefront just a bit.
6. Can we bring the AM in 10AM up like the PM is in teh other two times?
7. They'd like to know if it's possible to fit the headline quote in three lines
8. Move the NY Times credit to the right and moved up slightly.
9. Change Jan 21st, 2012 to Jan 21, 2012.

Okay, I'd say again this is the last of the revisions but... This is the last of their input at this point.

Hi Mightymau,

Apparently the dimensions weren't correct for the fullbleed and they are in a slight panic. We need to get the final files with the correct fullbleed dimensions tonight - are you even around to get this message??? =/ I'll likely not be around until really early tomorrow morning so dogawa@waldorfschool.com and dogawa23@socal.rr.com are the email addresses they need to go to.

Thanks for fixing the dimensions - unfortunately, it was too late for the correction and the marketing ladies were REALLY unhappy. I haven't seen the hard copy yet to know how it really came out. Hopefully it isn't as bad as they're thinking it will be... =/

As far as the other piece, everyone is on break now until Monday. I will send them this layout and get their feedback but I wouldn't expect any response until then.
