[Project Complete] - Estate Planning Brochure - $250

(Admin code added by Palmer - : 9F947974YF2541407)

Hello:

I am an estate planning attorney. I want to create a double sided, tri-fold brochure to encourage people to prepare a living trust. The text and basic design architechture for the brochure that I want to use is from the attached pdf file. I want the brochure to be 'prettier' similar to the brochure that I did for the "Kid's Protection Plan" (the "KPP Brochure"), which is also attached hereto. I would like to use the logo, fonts, and contact information from the KPP Brochure.

There should be no reference to "Personal Family Lawyers" in the brochure or logo. Instead of "Trusts . Estates . Families" it should say: "Trusts . Estates . Probate". I also don't like the "ALL CAPS" in that logo, intial caps are better.

The tree logo uses green and a gray-brown. The theme of the colors of the brochure should be in that family with an emphasis on bright colors rather than dark. For further inspiration, look at my facebook page (Schomer Law Group) or my blog at www.laprobatelaw.com.

I would like to pick a winner by February 21st.

Hello..
I suggest you supply the company logo in eps/ai format.. also photos for the design (if any)?
Size of the trifold brochure - A4 ?
Desired file format for the final design?

Thanks!

Clarification

I've attached several files, let me know if this helps.

I want the tri-fold to fold into a No. 10 envelope.

I don't really know file formats well. I would like a pdf or a jpg. But I would also like something that a printer can easily print from.

Let me know what else is needed.

I would like to enter, but do you have a text/word file with all the text that's in document "20120206134642370.pdf"?

Thanks!

Schomer brochure revisions

I have a couple revisions that I will send you tomorrow, as I am out of the office today. I just want to add an additional photo on the interior page and move the text around a bit.
I will check in with you tomorrow. Thanks again!

Sarah,
The first page with chart of will inheritance/Trust inheritance is fine. The 2nd page I wanted to add a photo to the left side to balance it out and make it appear easier on eyes to read.
1. move "Advantages of Living Trust" to middle column. Put the box "If you think you don't need a living trust..." at top, if you think that would work better.
2. Move "What is a Revocable Trust?" to left column with photo at bottom. Add paragraph breaks so it's not a block of writing.
3. Keep photo on top right, add "Does a trust make sense..." and rest of section to the right column.
4. to provide room for photo on left column, you can omit "Will an attorney prepare my trust?" section. Photo should be one with family and young kids. Are you able to access any photos from brochure attachment originally sent? ~Thank you!

Hello, thank you for sending the revisions. I've attached the revised file in 2 different versions (the only difference is the photo on the left hand side) as
well as the first page (no revisions). As far as your photos, no I am unable to extract them from your brochure file and would need them sent separately if
you would like me to use them. The photo you provided should be okay, but due to its low resolution, I can't guarantee that it will be 100% clear when
printed. Do you happen to have the full sized file straight out of the camera? That would be better if so. As far as the other option, this is the photo
larger since you can't see it very well in the proof shown here - http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-pho...ng-in-park.php

Do you like the two photos used on the front? If so, I will go ahead and purchase the non-watermarked versions.

Please just let me know if I've missed anything and about the photos. Thank you!

Also, I just wanted to let you know in case you aren't aware... On the first page, the "Will Inheritance" panel and the "Trust Inheritance" panel will not be seen
together once the brochure is folded into a tri-fold. The "Trust Inheritance" panel will be the back of the brochure, and the "Will Inheritance" panel will be the inside
flap. As far as page two, those three panels will all be seen together when the brochure is fully open. I hope this makes sense. I just wanted to let you know in case
you were expecting that those two panels would be seen together when the brochure is folded.

Looks great! I like the stock photo you used better, so go with that.
Re: the left column, could you put a paragraph break in the first paragraph under heading "What is Revocable Trust? Make 2nd paragraph start with "For Example.....

Last section on left side, make each sentence a bullet point.

That's it, thanks!

Hello,

Please see revisions attached.

I had to shift things a bit (some of the left panel had to move to the middle) in order to make room for the paragraph break and bullet points.
Please just let me know if this is okay and if there is anything else.

Thank you!

schomer brochure

Sarah,
This looks great. It looks fine moving some text to middle panel. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you due to my trial schedule. Let's move forward with this project and let me know what I need to do to get the print ready file.
Thanks!

Schomer Law brochure

Sarah,
Thanks again, got the files. The only issue is the printer is asking for the photos to be CYMK, not RGB. I understand this format enables you to see the crop marks.
Please advise.

Hi Scott,

I went through the brochure to double check the color format of the pictures. I had forgotten to convert 1 of the 4 pictures to CMYK,
the rest were already in CMYK. I fixed it and it should be good now. Sorry for the inconvenience and please feel free to email me if
you have any other questions/concerns. The new file package has been emailed to you.

Thanks,
Sarah
