[project Complete] - HR Consultant Needs Professional Logo! - $150
(Admin code added by Palmer - : 8XT21319X1041482U)
Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?
OnCore Management Solutions, LLC
What type of product or service do you offer?
Human Resources Consulting
Employee and Management Training
Workplace and Professional Coaching
I help companies align and empower their employees to help them accomplish the goals on their strategic plan.
How long have you been in business?
2 years
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
I want to establish a more professional and confident front. (My last logo consisted of my company name with a solid blue line underneath it. Boring!)
What are your long term goals?
I'd like to continue to consult, write, teach, and do public speaking for the next 30 years! I love what I do! I truly believe that when companies and managers respect, empower, and engage their employees, they will be amazingly succesful!
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
I'd love to have something by April 6, 2012.
Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience
I sell mostly to small businesses who don't have an HR person but need an HR presence, or at least someone they can call with questions. I also have a couple of universities who use my services. I unwittingly sell mostly (but not exclusively!) to white males ages 40-55.
Who would you like to add to your audience?
I'd like to feel confident in approaching larger businesses (with a business card sporting a professional logo!) but I'm also very happy with my current genre of clients.
Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
It must be conservative and professional, but it must portray confidence and happy employees.
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Dark blue or green, because I think they invoke a solid conservative feel. To go with that, maybe orange or yellow or red...
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
Well, you all are the experts, but when I think of a logo I envision a gumby-like form raising its arms in a victorious gesture. This does not have to be the final project - I am open to other suggestions!
Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
Professional yet fun, solid yet innovative
What is your tagline or slogan?
I've thought of the following tagline, but it doesn't necessarily need to be incorporated into the logo:
"Helping the Core of your business
Focus on the Core of your business."
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
When people see my logo I want them to feel happy and confident that I will take care of them. I want them to know I'll listen to and address each one of their concerns. I want them to feel certain that I will solve their problem(s).
Where will your new logo be used?
On my website, emails, business cards, correspondence
Competitive Positioning:
What sets you apart from your competitors?
I have 15+ years of HR experience, a strong attention to detail, I'm a published writer, and I teach at the university level.
Targeted Message:
State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company:
People Matter

I like this one but I'd like to see the entire body of the figure. This almost looks like just a V with a dot on it, if you don't know what you're looking for. Thanks!

I like the way this one separates the On and the Core in the name, but I want to make sure someone looking at the logo for the first time understands it's a person. Thanks!

Hi Carol - I like this one. Two thoughts: 1) Can you add LLC at the end of the word "Solutions"? and 2) Do you have any other "figure" ideas? - or ways to incorporate the figure/person instead of how it's positioned here? Thank you!!

re: #12: im3d, I like the font and colors in this one too, but the dude looks like he's jumping out of a cereal bowl full of milk. Do you have any other "happy figure" ideas? Thanks!!

I choose this one #9 by Taldo.
Can you please add LLC at the end of Management Solutions?
Thank you!
