Thanks for your efforts! First impressions: I like version 2 better than version one. An interesting concept/tie-in to the 3 different aspects would be some type of interconnection or attachment between the abstract symbols representing the 3 aspects of our business. Version 1 has 2 symbols connected. Perhaps you can combine 3 symbols in some form? And connections don't have to necessarily be like a chain - they could also be side by side. Also would it be possible to have a small pic inside of each of the symbols to depict something about that aspect of the organization. For example, perhaps you could have a test tube inside one symbol to represent the lab; a patient and doctor inside the symbol to represent Oxford Nutritional Center? Also, I like the font of Version 2 better than Version 1.

interesting logo similar with connecting symbols

http://www.chemtrust.org.uk/index.php

This is an example, though not as polished as I would like, of the interconnecting symbols with graphics inside of each symbol.

Thank you all for your fine efforts! There are several ideas that are interesting to us and we will provide feedback shortly. However we have had to extend the project deadline due to some personal situations that arose with some of our key members who will be providing the feedback. Therefore we have to extend the project deadline to Thursday the 5th. Thanks for your understanding!

This is the feedback from client via pm, so I post here:

=========
Quote from client:

I like yours the best
But there are some refinements that need to be made:
1. The outlines around each hexagon should be uniform and solid
2. The icons/line drawings inside the hexagons would be as follows
a. The hexagon for Oxford Biomedical Technologies should be a degranulating cell, which I can provide in a form you can cut out

b. The hexagon for Oxford Clinical Laboratories would be test tubes instead of a beaker
c. The hexagon for Oxford Nutritional Center would be the LEAPing man from our LEAP logo, which I can provide from a form you can cut out

3. The Oxford Biomedical Technologies logo would have all 3 hexagons, but the other 2 logos would have a single hexagon.
========

Ok I will post revision soon!

thanks

Hi Gig,

The degranulating cell should go inside the Oxford Biomedical Technologies hexagon. I have attached a high res logo. Just the cell portion should be used.

The hexagons should have borders that are not fading- border thickness should be uniform all the way around…the thickness about half the thickest part as they are right now and I think it will look better.

There should only be one test tube in the Oxford Clinical Laboratory hexagon. Can you try a different style than the one you currently use.

Thanks!

Hello Gig,

There are a few refinements that we would like made to the logos.

The first is if you can use caps only on the first letter of each word and lower case for the rest.

Please use arial narrow font, black color.

Please make each hexagon with sharper corners.

Also, please make the color of each hexagon matchup with the image inside. For example, the LEAPing man is a mauve - plummish type color (logo attached). The hexagon should be the same color.

The degranulating cell is actually the entire circle and the smaller parts, not just the smaller parts. That hexagon should be red to match the logo.

Now sure what color the main logo hexagon should be. I will leave it to your artistic skill to come up with a matching color.

Thanks!
