Hello again...,

This is my repost.
I have seen some excellent design talent on this site, and would like someone to design a tri fold mailer. The current design is attached but needs some creative work.

I would like to have this completed by 7/20 if possible.
attached is a predesign that needs work. Photos are included.

The house photos belong on the inside of the mailer.

The group photo needs to be rotated a few degrees CCW and framed nicely.

You may want to work with variations of colors that make the whole project look more professional. The current color scheme of yellow, black, red and blue can be modified a bit.

I have a basic layout in mind and just need it put together on a print ready format (with some design additions to make it look better)

We are looking for a professional attention grabbing design (current one is low end), so any ideas on dressing it up professionally would be great. The background is bright yellow and could be changed if necessary to get to a classier look (you'll see what I mean)

This is a real estate company that has some existing logos (albeit not very interesting), so if anyone is interested in embellishing the existing design, please feel free .
size is 8.5x11

The corporate site is www.helpusell.com

Thanks for the help. Looking forward to some cool layouts.
Peter
We will also need updates bi monthly, or monthly (with a maintenance fee)
The Prize is $150.

Hello Peter,

Here is my first submission to your project. I followed the model you already have, with two sides (I'm working to the another one now). I hope I understood correctly and this is the style you want. As you can see, I tried to picture the idea of a building with windows (the windows with pictures). Please let me know what you think, your feedback is very welcomed.

Thank you,
Gilles.

Is this item going to be a self-mailer?

Let me know what you think.

Thank you,

Hello everyone,

Gilles, Great look so far but maybe I need to mention that it is a self mailer, as ElKootcho asked. The way we invisioned it is when the mailer is tabbed, the center panel will have the group picture on the left half of the panel and the address will be on the right side. On the opposite side of the mail piece (i.e. after it is tabbed), the panel will have the free offers. After opening the mail piece the unexposed panel (on the same side as the above panels) will explain who we are and what we do.

The other side of the piece has the properties and shows the house pictures with descriptions. There is no concern about the panels on the inside of the piece since it doesn't show when tabbed for mailing. So the entire page can be used and unbroken into sections.

I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you have any questions again. So far, your work is really nice Gilles!

The layout just has to work for a self mailer.

Gilles,
This is looking really good. There is another side to the piece with the pictures and all. Can you develop this with the same theme as you have on the front?

Also, there are some typos that need to be corrected. "Ygnacio" with a "Y" for instance. Can we correct these prior to the final version? I don't know how this works at the end of the contest.

THanks.

Hello Peter ,

I'm glad you like the design. Sure, I can make all the changes you need, I will change the "Y" and develop the same theme, if you like this one. That won't be a problem.

Thank you,
Gilles.

Amanda, Thank you for what you have supplied. I guess I saw one version of yours and leaned towards Gilles. Everything I've seen is excellent!!! Lots of talent by both of you and I am very impressed with the talent I've seen.

I think Gilles has the contest, based on what I've seen so far.

Gilles, You said that you can make the necessary corrections and put together the otherside with the same theme. Can you show that to me as well? Thanks.

Talking Feed back

Gilles,
This looks really good. I need to know if you can deliver this in Adobe format and how? (I'm not familiar with the workings of this site) . Also, I like the group picture modification that you made. Is there a way to get that separate as a .jpg file or something?

Please let me know. I would like to finalize this. Thanks!

Hello Peter,

You mean Adobe Photoshop? I can save it, no problem. I can also save and send the photo as a jpg.

Gilles,
I mean Adobe Photoshop. The .jpg would be good for the group photo only and maybe a 300 dpi pdf for the piece also. I'm concerned that I may need to make small corrections after you deliver the file and I may have to do it with photoshop. Is that possible if you sent the photoshop file? i.e. edit text with the same font?

Hi Peter

You need the front and the back as .psd files with all layers? The files have about 24Mb zipped together, I will send you the photo as .jpg and .pdf. I need also an address where to send the files, send me an e-mail with your address.

Gilles.
